Whenever I visit a museum you can be sure that I will visit their shop as well.
Museum shops very often have some nice and unique pieces.
Thats how I found this lovely wooden stacking toy.I love the simplicity of it, and the colors, and the fact that you can make so many differently-shaped objects. And it is one of those toys where I could just sit all day long and watch the kids playing – all concentrated.
I bought them in the Moderna Museet Shop in Stockholm, but lucky lucky…they have a webshop as well with international shipping!
In our house it is a very popular toy and I have already given it to two of my friends children first birthday.

PS: One of my absolute favorite museum shop is the V&A/ Victoria&Albert Museum Shop in London. I just checked their site and… tadaaaaaaaaaa…you can order online there as well. Yeah!
