It has been quite a while that I did not share anything here from Sweden. Let’s change that quickly and present you Studio Mutant.

MUTANT’s products are a mixture between toys and furnishings. The perfect fit for homes where adults and children share time and space. All products are toys and design objects at the same time. The frog, for example, is soft and cozy to play with. You can hug it or throw it around. And it has a weight in the back which makes it balance well on the bed frame or on the shelf.

The swan is super versatile as well. You can sit on it. Or put it on your head.  And when the children are done with playing it is a beautiful accessory in the living room.

I really like the idea of intersecting toys with design objects. Without loosing the ‘play’ factor…
