Chocolate swirl cheesecake

I made this super easy and yummy cake together with KleinR. Whenever we enter the cold rainy season I like to bake and cook with her even more.
She loves it and it is good to give her some little tasks so she feels BIG.
The ingredients are listed above (hope you can read it, click on the image and it should be fine).

Preheat your oven to 170C and grease a 23cm round springform tin.
Place the biscuits and almonds in a processor. Whiz to fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Tip into the tin, press down with a spatula and bake for 15 min.

Take out the tin and reduce the heat to 140C.
Melt the chocolate in a little pan set over another, bigger pan with simmering water. (bain marie)
Stir until the choc is smooth and remove from the heat.
In a large bowl you mix the rest of the ingredients.
Pour everything into the tin.
Swirl the melted choc on top. (most fun)

Bake for 30min. Turn off the heat but leave the cake in the oven and let it cool slowly in the oven.
Take the cake out of the springform and chill in the fridge.
Enjoy!!!
