Where do we live: Singapore (South East Asia) but I am French/ Swiss, and my hubby is Australian with his origins in the Philippines

Kids names and age: ChloƩ (4 and 1/2 years old) and Mathias (18 months)

What do they have for breakfast: I try to vary as much as possible… one day it will be bread + butter +jam or honey, next day cereals + milk, or pancakes, or porridge/ baby cereals/ couscous + fruit (Mathias only), or bread + butter + vegemite (Chloe only).
Now that I am writing it all down, I notice that there isn’t much yogurt or fruits… we usually keep them for later during the day (dessert, snacks).

My son doesn’t want to sit in his high chair anymore. He wants to copy us as much as he can, and every time he has a chance (not very often), he grabs the knife and try to put butter or jam on it. So cute!

What are mummy and daddy having for breakfast: Daddy usually eats outside at the food court on the way to work; as a true Asian, he needs some kind of elaborated breakfast including rice/ noodles. But on Sundays he will sit down with us and eat bread + butter + vegemite (an Australian favorite – “stinky” brown spread).
Mummy is very French, she needs her bread + butter + jam/ honey! with a glass of water :)
Occasionally, if there is some, I will have homemade hummus or Swiss cheese or even an avocado with my bread.
