How adorable are these ceramics animals? Dodo Toucan was launched in 2015 and since then every piece is individually hand crafted in Paris by designer Sara Theron.
I am especially in love with the softness that Sara gives her creatures. Adding some lovely colour to our everyday decor. And yes I am aware that ceramics are not the best for little hands. Put these on the shelf to add some bright and happy decoration.

Forivor was established in 2014 by Rebecca Attwood and Alice Ross in London, UK.

These super-soft and heavenly reversible duvets and blankets feature Alice’s unique illustration on each side. {usually you get one ‘pretty’ side and one is blank but Forivor gives you two magical sides – making sure that you will always be surrounded by beautiful drawings!} One side of the bedding portrays a British woodland. Turn over and you will find a nighttime world. A place where glow worms light up the enchanted forest and fantastical creatures play in secret burrows underground.
The sets come with a set of illustrated Character Cards. Encouraging children to explore and understand the world around them and inspire magical bedtime storytelling. The collectable cards, have interesting and memorable facts about wildlife on one side. The other side introduces the creatures of Forivorland, including their secrets and magic powers.
The brand only uses rain-fed organic cotton from small landholders. Grown without toxic pesticides.
I think this heirloom bedding is perfect for Christmas and of course any other day of the year. Imagine sitting in bed with your child and looking at their duvet cover – finding new details every evening, creating stories with the characters and dream about the perfect magical world.
The brand by Alexander Yamaguchi and Momoko Suzuki is very inspired by their Japanese roots as well as ancient Japanese culture and civilization. Supple lines and comfort, minimal and edgy.
Alexander moved to LA from Tokyo when he was 18. He wanted to realize his career in surfing yet became a graphic designer. He launched his men’s line, Alexander Yamaguchi in 2000.
Momoko moved to LA, also from Tokyo, when she was 14. She has an education in environmental art as well as architecture and interior design.

Together, they launched Black Crane in 2008. All production takes place locally in Los Angeles.
I love the minimalism style and the colour palette. Beautiful linen cocoon dresses, cute carpenter pants and a great blue/cream striped fabric that knocks everything off.
