Romy’s room

R's room
Welcome to her world!
We moved in beginning August however I did not really finish the rooms – things I want to make, frames I need to buy and you know… you need to live in a place for a little while to see and feel how you would like to decorate it.

But then so many of you asked to see the kids rooms that I thought: OK, lets just go with the flow. This is how it looks right now and when we add and/or change something, or I finally got around to sit down on the projects I have planned… then I will take new pictures and we can play:Spot the difference!

Romy has her very own room now and does enjoy being here and reading, colouring or just playing. Many things for her new room I found before we moved and hid them – so many times she came home after school and I sent her to her room to find “something new”. Luckily she liked it all!

We have a huge hallway which I did not want to leave unused so we put this great kids desk and bench from Perludi here. The kids love to sit and draw, play or just make a mess here…

Desk and bench are covered with wool which gives it a warm feeling and makes a real statement in that hallway and yes you can easily clean it with a damp cloth…

… so she does not forget…
These wall stickers are so gorgeous and poetic, wait which one we chose for the other room…

I hope you enjoyed this tour and like I said… work in progress so I will update you here and there. This is just the beginning and I am figuring out how to take a decent pic of the entire room too… work in progress in all directions.
Thank you!
