A wonderful warm eclectic family home in London

Hello Tuesday! Hello you all!
How are you and how are you holding up?

Today I am sharing a really cool family home that you will love. It is situated in Notting Hill, one of my favourite London neighbourhoods and has lots of fun details and surprises. And you will discover the quirky English style mixed with some modern touches.

It is a 19th-century Regency property that was divided into several flats. However the current homeowners renovated it and turned it into a large family home. Moreover I am so smitten with the mix of colours, fabrics, and furniture. Because we can find lots of soft blues, pinks and greens. Together with some great furnishings and artwork the place is a warm haven.

So, please come in and enjoy this wonderful harmonious home where past and present seamlessly blend together:

Of course we are starting with the children’s room. And what a delightful room this is.

You feel like you landed in a lovely countryside castle but at the same time it is home to a wonderful big table that invites to go creative. Surrounded by some modern chairs and Maileg bunnies.

And all the patterns (curtains, rugs…) as well as colours and choice of wallpaper are so good, it is a feast for the eye.

I am sitting right by the window on one of these cool armchairs and just watch family kitchen life. I will be very happy! Thank you…

Again: The combination of colours and fabrics is delightful. I can’t stop looking at these images… and I hope you had a wonderful home tour as well.

And if this is your cup of tea, you should definitely check out this eclectic family home.
