Good Morning! This Monday we are staying close by and I have this beautiful small brand called MATONA. A family run kids wear label based in Vorarlberg/ Austria.

The founders are dedicated to sustainable, aimless and clever design. Made from 100% organic Hemp fabrics that are dyed with GOTS certified colours.

Hemp you wonder?! Hemp fibers are the strongest natural fibers and make long lasting as well as beautiful garments.
In addition the fiber can absorb and dispense moisture very fast. The material suppresses odours and offers a good UV protection.

Hemp also requires far less water than growing cotton and you do not need any pesticides since hemp has a unique resistance against pests. These are a lot of very important points that play a big role when thinking about fashion and our earth!
