Soft and pretty linen clothes for girls

Wow… just 7 days to go and it is Christmas. At least where I am from. In Germany we celebrate on the 24th in the late afternoon/ evening…
And this year we will actually move it a bit forward because we are going away on Sunday the 23rd. On a well deserved break…

But I talked to a few friends and some of them actually already had the gifts this week end because they will travel during this week to see family. And it is nice to give the children some time to actually discover their new things…

How is it in your house this year? 24 afternoon? 25 morning? Or, like the Dutch, on the 5th of December?

The fantastic thing is, is that London is full of great activities, parties, workshops, shows and decorations. So, we took some time off during the week end to enjoy some of them and to get in the jolly mood. Hopefully the New Year will be less crazy and especially more relaxing week ends.

I was also just returning a little interview with a recap about 2018 and the question to what am I looking forward to in 2019. And I said that I am looking forward to focus (even) more on smaller brands. Sustainable, individual designers with a message and a passion. It has always been the main focus here on Paul & Paula, I know, but I can tell you that these brands are important. And they do need us. They are fighting to survive, to make it and to strive next to the big ones. And it is not an easy path…

And since the best thing of everything we put on our lists is to actually start straight away, I have a lovely brand to share with you here. Now.

Young, beautiful, small and soft. Flora and Dott!

Linen clothing for little girls that gets softer with each wash, designed by a mom of six in Denver, USA.

Linen dresses, cute knitted cardigans, matching hair accessories and, the best, at really affordable prices.

The colour palette is lovely. Not too beige and natural. I love that there are some vibrant shades too, especially the yellows and blues. (pair them for extra shine!)

More adorable children’s wear brands with a big heart are Miya & Ma or Son de Flor… for example. Or you just browse the kids fashion archive… plenty of them are in there!

Ho Ho Ho … and I hope you are on board about the focus on small brands…
