Cool Edwardian family home in London’s Crouch End

Edwardian family home

Hello! Today’s Interior Tuesday will be a local one and I am showing you this fun and interesting family home right here in London. In the Crouch End area, currently for sale, and with a very cool space in the attic.

A lovely five-bedroom house that includes a wonderfully bright artist’s studio on the second floor (such a great space) that is situated in an equally lovely area.

In the heart of London’s Crouch End, in a quiet residential street, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Not to forget, that to the west is Highgate Wood, to the north is Alexandra Park and Muswell Hill, and to the south is Finsbury Park. Such a green area!

So let’s have a look around this Edwardian family home with lots  of original features, a contemporary edge, and lots of light:

Those large bay windows, original cornices, fireplace and the lush garden! So dreamy!

It really is the perfect mix – Edwardian and contemporary in equal measure.

Unfortunately I have no idea who the owners of the house are, but it is clear that they have a very good eye for interiors. And for colours…

By the way, the garden is home to an array of mature trees and shrubs. A beautiful wisteria, olive trees and a eucalyptus.

I am in love with the art work in this children’s room. And all the colours.

It is so good to see a room filled with so much inspiration, creativity, and fun! On top, this room is bathed in natural light…

And here is the extraordinary top-floor artist’s studio, the perfect mix of old and new and such a great spot!

Built-in shelves line the walls, six velux flood the space in natural light, and I can totally picture setting up office in here…
