CIFF KIDS – Winter 2016 edition

Ciff Kids
This was my view for five days… overseeing the fair from the balcony. Best location!

I told you that I will curate the trend area for CIFF kids this year and I had such a good time. Everything worked out really well {I was running around with a baby in a sling most of the time} and I was rather pleased with my work… {I am mentioning that because I was afraid that I would need to leave for school pick up with a space that was not ready or me not happy with the result… time pressure can be good but also stressful… just in case you thought… my god… stop bragging lady}

Yesterday I finally managed to upload my photos and to share some with you. Of the trend area of course, some great design stuff my friend Thomas shared and a few peaks from the show.

The show exploded in visitor numbers this year, especially from buyers outside of Denmark. This is great news and shows that all the hard work of the {really awesome} team paid off and that Scandinavian design is the way to go.

Above you can see what I created and selected. It was especially important to include the lifestyle section as it was only the 2nd time that lifestyle brands showed at the fair.

The sparkly dress {from I love gorgeous} was such an eye catcher, the blue fur jacket {from Christina Rohde} as well and I had some fun hanging the little shelves and honeycombs…

The space was huge so I asked my friend Thomas from perludi if he would like to join me and curate the left and right side and bring some cool stuff from the design part of the kids world.

That wooden bike is a new product by SIRCH and available as of now. {it is so cool, shame we don’t need one}

But of course there was much more to see than our area and please excuse the lighting on the pictures… very tricky to get it right at fairs!

Above you actually see a wooden baby gym. It is from Loullou – I love the idea of turning it around into a fun play tent for dolls.

Ciff Kids // cam cam
Some new stuff from CamCam Copenhagen.

Ciff Kids // photo exhibition
Ciff Kids // mockies
Lovely baby shoes by Mockies.

Ciff Kids
Great print by Noe & Zoe.

Thank you everyone who stopped by, thank you for your nice and encouraging words. Thank you to CIFF Kids!

We met a lot of interesting people. I found a few new brands for you too… I will share them here very soon…

xoxo
