Willieandmillie , from Sweden, makes beautiful play mats and the most adorable doll beddings.
“The idea started during my maternity leave. I like to decorate the kidsroom but couldn’t find any play-mats to have in the tipi tent or in the reading nook, so I wanted to make some of my own. I have designed the play-mats by my self and they are printed on “Frösö Handtryck” that have been printed by hand since 1946. The mats are sewn by a local seamstress who lives in my neighbourhood.” says Marie, the founder of the brand.
Marie lives outside Umeå, together with her husband and two children, Willie and Millie.
I think these are really cute and indeed super practical to put in the tipi or a nice corner. But of course I am also very smitten with the dolls bedding. With the best dolly mama here at home I am becoming a pro for everything dolls related – here is a great picture on their Instagram account.
The mats make great newborn gifts and the beddings are great to give for a birthday…
