Isn’t this a beautiful light filled space? It was such a pleasure to photograph it.

Roosje also likes lions and to sit at her very cute vintage chair and table – playing, drawing…

There are huge windows basically everywhere and give the room a beautiful light. With that and all the features you hardly need to do anything – it is just a lovely room to begin with! Lucky girl who lives here :)

A little story about the drawer:  “The pink drawer in Roosje’s room is from my great grandmother. Actually it was a closet, but during rehousing/moving the closet was stuck in one of those narrow stairwells you have in Dutch houses. My uncle decided to cut the closet in half, and so the closet became two drawers :-). The drawer always stood in my room when I was a kid. When I moved to Groningen to study it moved with me and when Roosje was a baby we used it as a commode.”
