Forivor – for magical sleep

Forivor

If this is not the perfect post for the week heading straight to Christmas then I don’t know. Magical bedding! Like truly fairytale like bedding.

Forivor was established in 2014 by Rebecca Attwood and Alice Ross in London, UK.

Rebecca wanted to create a beautiful, ethical and sustainable product. Alice brought her distinctive illustrations to the brand. Together they want to inspire magical sleep. Isn’t this the sweetest business idea ever?

Many of us remember our first duvets with fondness. We hope Forivor’s bedding will become long-lasting family heirlooms, whose magic is passed from one generation to the next. For us this is about storytelling that links one generation to the next but also about reducing waste to landfill.’

These super-soft and heavenly reversible duvets and blankets feature Alice’s unique illustration on each side. {usually you get one ‘pretty’ side and one is blank but Forivor gives you two magical sides – making sure that you will always be surrounded by beautiful drawings!} One side of the bedding portrays a British woodland. Turn over and you will find a nighttime world. A place  where glow worms light up the enchanted forest and fantastical creatures play in secret burrows underground.

The sets come with a set of illustrated Character Cards. Encouraging children to explore and understand the world around them and inspire magical bedtime storytelling. The collectable cards, have interesting and memorable facts about wildlife on one side. The other side introduces the creatures of Forivorland, including their secrets and magic powers.

The brand only uses rain-fed organic cotton from small landholders. Grown without toxic pesticides.

The Enchanted Forest collection is the their first and celebrates the traditional British woodland.

I think this heirloom bedding is perfect for Christmas and of course any other day of the year. Imagine sitting in bed with your child and looking at their duvet cover – finding new details every evening, creating stories with the characters and dream about the perfect magical world.

Sweet dreams!
